The Lighthouse Project
Whilst at Bible college God gave Ginny Perkins the following vision for her life’s work:
"In 2000 I felt I should buy some land. This was confirmed when a man who didn’t know me said: ‘I don’t know if this means anything, but I believe God wants you to buy some land!’ A piece of land the size of 6 football pitches became available near our mission station. I had a quarter of the funds necessary to purchase it, but within two weeks God had miraculously provided the whole sum!
The site has been especially blessed by God. Through prayer, God has sent us people to train workers and materials for a growing number of buildings. For me, the most wonderful thing about this place is, that as we worship Him, God speaks to us. In His presence we are changed. As we are changed for the better, our lives begin to bless and transform the neighbourhood and beyond."
