Wickford Christian Centre uses ChurchSuite to manage communication, events, rotas, and member information securely.
Through My ChurchSuite, you can view and update the details you’ve chosen to share with us at any time - such as your contact information. Keeping this up to date helps our Ministry Team and Group Leaders stay in touch and support you when needed, whether that's reaching out or arranging a visit.
Is ChurchSuite secure?
We take the security and privacy of your personal information seriously.
ChurchSuite is widely used by churches across the UK and is designed to comply with UK GDPR requirements.
ChurchSuite protects data using industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage and transfer, secure UK/EU-based cloud hosting, password-protected access, user permissions, audit logging, and regular security updates and monitoring.
Who can see my information?
Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide is only used for pastoral care and communication purposes keeping you up-to-date with Church life and events you have registered for. It is not visible to others in the church unless you specifically choose to share it through your My ChurchSuite privacy settings.
By default, only your name and profile photo (if you’ve added one) are visible to other church members. You are always in control of what additional information, if any, you'd like to make available to the wider church community.
We do not share your information outside the church without consent unless legally required to do so.
Checking your privacy settings
To review or update your privacy settings, follow these steps:

Log in to My ChurchSuite

Click My Details

Select the Privacy tab

Tick or untick the information you are happy to share with others in the church directory
You can control whether details such as your phone number, email address, postal address, and other information are visible to our wider Church family.
We encourage everyone to take a few moments to check these settings and make sure they reflect your preferences.
