What to expect

We are a group of people from all walks of life, with varied backgrounds and different stories to tell.

We want to do our best to make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door.

There's no dress code, so come as you are.

If you've not visited our church before, this video shows you what to expect on a Sunday morning.

We hope to welcome you soon!

Whilst you are with us

There's no need to feel worried about structure or etiquette - everyone is welcome, whether you are familiar with church or have never set foot in one, our service leaders guide us all through the meeting. You are free to come and go as you please.

Tea, coffee and refreshments are often served after the service. You're very welcome to stay and meet people.

We want everyone at church to feel safe, comfortable, and respected. For this reason, personal photography and video recording are not permitted on Wickford Christian Centre premises unless invited by a member of the leadership team during a special event.

From time to time, authorised representatives of Wickford Christian Centre may take photos or short video clips to help share the life of our church with visitors and the wider community through our website and social media channels. Any images used are taken responsibly, under clear safeguarding guidelines, and only with the permission of those involved.
